You’ll leverage an AI-native approach to automate routine work, optimize workflows, and drive hiring strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with leadership, and building a strong, scalable recruitment function to support Harmonic’s rapid expansion in the US and UK markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years GTM & Engineering recruiting in a fast-paced startup
• Strong people analytics and reporting to translate data into insights
• AI-native mindset; actively experiments with AI tools
• Create, measure, and scale workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
• Proven strategic and creative sourcing skills
• Team player with talent-connecting abilities
• Rep Harmonic professionally
• Cybersecurity experience preferred
• Familiarity with ATS tools like Ashby or Juicebox

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Harmonic’s GTM and Engineering teams
• Build diverse pipelines via sourcing, referrals, events, and social media
• Engage passive candidates and manage multiple requisitions in high-volume periods
• Champion AI-native approaches to automate routine work and improve processes
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand team goals and drive offers
• Track pipeline health and source performance with data hygiene
• Advise on interview processes to reduce bias and improve outcomes
• Represent Harmonic professionally to internal and external stakeholders
