Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within federal contracting or startup is a strong plus.
• Track record of partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on cybersecurity, cloud, and identity talent supporting federal contracts.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand evolving business needs.
• Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs; move quickly when needed.
• Use AI recruiting tools thoughtfully to speed up work while preserving human judgment.
• Partner with the business to align recruiting strategy with growth and retention outcomes.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experiences.
