Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an AI-driven, cross-functional Program Manager to lead critical initiatives that align strategy with execution across the CES organization. You will drive complex, multi-team programs, partner with senior leaders, and shape execution roadmaps leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You will translate business objectives into executable plans, manage milestones, and ensure accountability while collaborating with global stakeholders to scale impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
• Proven project/program management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on quality.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communications for executive audiences.
• Experience creating and presenting slides to executives.
