Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager who leads a high-performing team building AI-native and cloud-native applications on the ServiceNow platform. The role blends deep technical credibility with strong people management to drive performance, hiring, and execution of strategic initiatives.

You will shape AI integration, platform architecture, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing leaders and ensuring delivery of business priorities in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in AI-native systems, cloud-native architecture, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading software engineers; track record of developing talent and high-performing teams.
• 3+ years managing application development on SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead people leadership and development; hire, coach, and guide engineers.
• Define hiring strategy and conduct technical interviews across IC levels.
• Define product roadmap and technical strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Set quality standards for code, testing, and security; enable sustainable delivery.
• Represent engineering in product and executive discussions; influence priorities.
• Foster AI-native thinking and responsible AI practices across the team.
