ServiceNow is seeking an AI-native Program Manager for HRSD, responsible for directing cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes. You will set governance, drive execution, and partner with executives to accelerate growth and revenue.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in PM/Strategy with strong leadership, AI-driven analytics, and the ability to translate strategy into action across product, eng, design, and GTM.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Strategy, Operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives with quantifiable business impact in high-growth or enterprise technology environments.
• Demonstrated success translating business strategy into execution plans and delivering on metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic HRSD initiatives and cross-functional programs from concept to execution.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy and deliver results across orgs.
• Establish governance, executive-level meetings, and clear reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, research, marketing, and GTM to align priorities.
