Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Strategic Operations to drive the D&A's most critical cross-functional initiatives, blending strategy with execution and setting the standard for scalable programs. You will identify priorities, accelerate high-impact programs, and operate with executive-level accountability.

You’ll lead initiatives across Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, using AI to boost efficiency and drive measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes, decision making, or problem solving.
• 10+ years technical program management or 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one tech/consulting firms.
• Enterprise software/SaaS domain expertise with the ability to understand complex technology problems.
• Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal and other GTM teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly to executives.
• Process-driven with ability to create and employ repeatable processes to complete tasks efficiently.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Teams.
• Coordinate Data and Analytics Executive SteerCos; define and set agenda with cross-functional stakeholders; deliver content to completion.
• Establish and report key product and business metrics to drive executive decisions.
• Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights.
• Collaborate on Quarterly Product Reviews, bi-annual PRRs and annual strategy sessions.
• Use AI to enhance program efficiency, decision-making, communication, and risk management.
