Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an experienced Strategic Program Manager for HRSD to lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business objectives into execution plans, and own governance from concept to operations. You will collaborate with product, engineering, design, research, marketing and GTM; use AI-enabled tools to surface insights, manage risk, and drive scalable process improvements.

Qualifications

12+ years of work experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Strategy, Operations, or related roles.
Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with quantifiable business impact in high-growth or enterprise technology environments.
Demonstrated success translating business strategy into execution plans and delivering on metrics.

Responsibilities

Drive large-scale, high-visibility cross-functional strategic initiatives for HRSD.
Translate business objectives into execution strategy and take ownership of technical project planning and delivery.
Establish governance frameworks and lead executive-level meetings and cross-functional events.
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive strategic program objectives and optimize delivery.
Operate as an AI-native program manager and use AI to synthesize intelligence across workstreams and surface risk signals.
