Zusammenfassung

ClickUp is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own strategic post-sales engagements and drive adoption of our AI-powered work platform. You will lead onboarding, solution design, and ongoing managed services, partnering with Sales, Product and Support to ensure measurable business outcomes across a growing book of enterprise accounts.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (TAM, CSM, Implementation Manager, Solutions Consultant or similar).
2+ years hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira or comparable tool.
Direct experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or onboarding programs end-to-end, with a book of business $2M+ ARR.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, agents or automations.
Strong project and program management skills with multi-stakeholder engagements.

Aufgaben

Translate requirements into scalable ClickUp solutions including workflows, templates and automations.
