Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Technical GTM Enablement Manager to scale our enablement function at the intersection of Product, Applied Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. You will shape how pre-sales and post-sales teams ramp, stay current, and prove readiness for production deployments.

In this role you will build repeatable enablement programs, certifications, and technical playbooks that accelerate new hires and drive customer outcomes across our AI-first platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, customer success engineering or technical account management.
• Experience building enablement for technical teams and translating SME knowledge into repeatable programs.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and developer workflows; capable of live demos.
• Experience creating onboarding, certification, or technical development programs that are completed.
• Ability to extract content from SMEs and ship practical guidance.
• An AI-native operating model with workflows that depend on AI, and plans to rebuild if tools disappear.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ramp for technical GTM roles; design a structured program to reach productivity quickly.
• Build a technical field framework and playbooks covering discovery, evaluation, architecture, and handoffs.
• Build and run technical certifications and keep them current as the platform evolves.
• Lead technical readiness for launches, partnering with Product and PMM for GA readiness.
• Turn SME knowledge into scalable enablement content and reusable guidance.
• Partner with Sales Enablement on technical discovery, evaluation strategy, differentiation, and solution positioning.
• Operate AI-first; create tools, agents, and workflows to scale enabling the technical org.
