Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation. You will design skills-based solutions, leverage LLMs, and partner with clients across hiring, learning, and career development to navigate AI adoption.

Requirements include 3+ years across Talent functions and 1+ year in Financial Services, with experience in workforce analytics and HR tech platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum of 1 year in Financial Services industry.
• Minimum of 6 months helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled future.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, planning, mobility, career development, retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI into workforce and operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence and analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis and recommendations.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions and roadmaps.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and strategies.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption.
• Support development of dynamic employee experiences and change initiatives.
• Contribute to business development and market research within the practice.
