Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager in the Energy industry to lead workforce transformation initiatives that align with an AI-enabled future. Qualifikationen

• 8+ years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• 3+ years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in the Energy industry.
• 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for an AI-enabled future.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and emerging technologies into workforce and operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using intelligence, labor-market insights, skills data, and analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and recommendations.
• Design and implement skills-based architectures, marketplaces, career frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and skills-driven strategies.
• Shape readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives and client development activities.
• Lead internal market research, AI innovation, and capability building.
• Be ready to travel as needed.
