Job summary

Accenture seeks a Talent & Workforce Manager to lead workforce transformation across talent functions, shaping AI-enabled solutions and future-ready operating models. You will apply workforce intelligence, skills data, and governance to drive strategic workforce planning and talent strategies for clients.

You will leverage Generative AI and LLMs to deliver insights, design SBO-like talent architectures, and support business development with thought leadership and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years across integrated Talent functions incl. talent strategy, strategic workforce planning, skills-based talent practices, talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, learning strategy & development, workforce transformation, and technology talent development.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, planning, internal mobility, career development and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions including skills architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Shape workforce readiness, reskilling strategies, and governance for AI adoption.
• Support creation of dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
