Qualifikationen

• 8+ years across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• 3+ years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industry.
• 1+ year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that help clients redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce and operating model solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models to accelerate workforce analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions, including skills architectures and talent marketplaces.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and enable skills-driven talent strategies.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI and sustain evolution.
