Job summary

Accenture’s Talent Reinvention practice is seeking a Talent & Workforce Manager who can lead workforce transformation programs across talent functions, leveraging AI, LLMs, and talent analytics to reimagine work, skills, and career development for clients.

You will design AI-enabled workforce solutions, guide strategic planning, and collaborate with clients to implement SBO and skills-based operating models, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years across Talent functions including strategy, planning, and transformation.
Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in workforce solutions.
Minimum 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
Experience in the Energy industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled future.
Design AI-enabled workforce solutions across hiring, learning, and internal mobility.
Lead strategic workforce planning using talent analytics and labor market insights.
Apply Generative AI tools to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
