Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations Partner to architect an AI-first recruitment ecosystem. You will redesign global TA workflows, empower recruiters and hiring managers with AI-driven tools, and lead adoption across our global footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in TA Operations, Enablement, or AI-driven process redesign.
• Proven experience building AI-native workflows using tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or talent platforms (Eightfold AI, Gem, Juicebox, Noonai).
• 2-3 years configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar ATS workflows and integrations.
• Strong background in corporate training, instructional design, or change management with a knack for turning skeptics into power-users.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and visualizing metrics in Tableau, PowerBI, or DOMO.
• Excellent ability to translate complex AI processes for non-technical stakeholders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Architecture: redesign end-to-end recruitment workflows to AI-native pipelines.
• Playbook Development: create a modern TA playbook and standardize AI tool usage.
• AI Assessment Literacy & Training: design and deliver learning programs for TA teams.
• Adoption Tracking: lead change management and adoption metrics for new tools.
• Hiring Team Enablement: help teams translate AI insights into effective interviews.
• Tech Stack Optimization & Workday Integration: architect TA tech stack and ensure interoperability with Workday, Ashby, Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter.
