Job summary

APTEAN is seeking a Principal, AI Strategy & Transformation to lead onsite AI transformation initiatives from Alpharetta, GA. You will shape the AI roadmap, govern deployments, and drive measurable business value across functions by partnering with leaders, operations, and AI engineers in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership to bridge strategy, process improvement and emerging AI capabilities while delivering visible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in strategy, transformation, AI enablement, automation, or program management.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled change.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive the execution of internal AI transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Develop and manage AI roadmaps, priorities, and implementation plans with governance and oversight.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Track and report on progress and impact of AI initiatives, ensuring investments generate business value.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to streamline processes and implement AI-enabled solutions.
