Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director to drive net-new business growth within one of its largest strategic tech accounts, based in Mountain View, CA. You will partner with a second Client Director, sharing strategy and quota, while expanding ServiceNow solutions across the account.

You will build the business case, surface initiatives, and lead a large virtual team of Sales Specialists and Solution Consultants to close new opportunities, aiming for expansion revenue while delivering against

Qualifications

7+ years as full-cycle, quarterback AE, managing accounts with 5,000+ employees
Proven track record driving net-new or expansion revenue within enterprise accounts
Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with peer Client Director to run a unified account strategy
Identify and pursue net-new revenue opportunities; expand strategic relationships
Build the business case and roadmap linking customer priorities to ServiceNow solutions
Develop trust across the client's organization from IT teams to CxO level
Partner with Executive Teams and Partner & Channel Teams to expand ServiceNow footprint
Coordinate large extended team for pursuits and strategies
Meet financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services
