ServiceNow in Santa Clara, CA seeks a dynamic leader to head a team of Sales Executives and accelerate new business growth in the region. The role requires building a regional sales strategy, collaborating with Sales Operations, and driving Go-To-Market efforts while engaging at the executive level.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor team members, manage territories and quotas, and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Proven track record in new business sales including C-level negotiations.
• Strong recruiting and coaching capabilities for sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning to meet quotas.
• Ownership of CRM reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Ability to build long-term executive relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
• Build and drive sales strategy for the region with Sales Ops to Go-To-Market effectively.
• Engage in territory planning, develop relationships, and close opportunities with Field Sales.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Set territories and quotas, communicate performance expectations.
• Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners.
• Retain and grow existing customers with regular engagement for excellent experience.
