ERGO NEXT in San Francisco is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager, AI & Forecasting to reinvent forecasting with AI/LLM-driven workflows instead of legacy spreadsheets. Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Growth FP&A, this high-visibility role blends strategic finance with applied AI.

You will lead AI-enabled forecasting, partner with Data Science, and establish AI-driven KPI tracking to accelerate planning and diligence. Strong communication and integrity are essential.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of finance experience in a fast-paced environment with a track record of success.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and a track record of adopting workflows around them.
• Ability to break down and solve complex problems with data-driven techniques.
• Basic SQL/Python or low-code/AI tooling to prototype AI-driven finance workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High reliability, integrity and judgment in a evolving role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to align stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Redesign topline revenue forecasting using AI/LLM-based tools.
• Partner with Finance and Data Science to implement AI tools for forecasting.
• Drive long-range and annual planning with AI-assisted modeling.
• Apply AI-driven analysis to accelerate diligence and scenario modeling.
• Automate KPI tracking and surface AI-generated insights for faster decisions.
• Prepare Board materials with AI-enhanced analysis and narratives.
• Educate and champion AI adoption within Finance, documenting playbooks.
