TheKey Of New Jersey LLC is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and governance. You will partner with business leaders, optimize reporting workflows, and drive AI-enabled automation to improve forecast accuracy and depth of analysis.

The ideal candidate blends rigorous modeling with strategic thinking, mentors analysts, and collaborates across teams to turn variances into actionable opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six to nine years of FP&A experience including ownership of a full planning process.
• MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation/finance tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast end-to-end for assigned team or workstream.
• Build and govern financial models for accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor variances and explain deviations against plan.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Improve reporting templates, dashboards, and workflows with automation.
• Lead and mentor analysts to raise modeling rigor and communication.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled FP&A processes to improve efficiency.
