Job summary

ERGO NEXT is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager, AI & Forecasting to lead the transformation of forecasting, planning, and reporting workflows around AI/LLM-based tools.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Growth FP&A, you will redesign topline revenue forecasting, partner with Finance and Data Science to deploy AI workflows, and prepare board materials with AI-driven analyses and scenarios.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of finance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM into forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
• Ability to design AI-native FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of topline revenue forecasting using AI/LLM tools.
• Partner with Finance and Data Science to implement AI workflows.
• Drive long-range and annual planning with AI-assisted modeling.
• Prepare Board materials with AI-driven analysis and scenario modeling.
• Educate and document playbooks for AI adoption within Finance.
