Possible Finance is seeking a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager to own forecasting, budgeting, and board-facing reporting, while automating processes with AI tools, SQL, and data platforms.

You will lead multi-year planning and partner with Treasury, Product, and Accounting to fuel strategic decisions. This hybrid Seattle role combines hands-on modeling with leadership exposure to the executive team and Board, offering significant stock options and a strong benefits package within a mission-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or equivalent experience in finance roles (fintech preferred).
• Proven ability to build and maintain multi-scenario financial models.
• Experience automating recurring finance workflows with AI/tools (Databricks, Sigma).
• Ability to distill complex analysis into Board-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and headcount/opex reporting.
• Lead quarterly Board reporting and monthly business reviews with clear narratives.
• Build models to quantify impact of near-term decisions (pricing, product launches, capital events).
• Partner with Treasury and Capital Markets on financing decisions and liquidity analysis.
• Lead cross-functional financial analysis for new products and initiatives.
• Run scenario analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Maintain finance docs and playbooks, driving automation and scalability.
