Job summary

STR is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead the company-wide planning, forecasting, and analytics function. You will drive AI-enabled insights, rate strategies, and investment analyses while ensuring governance and audit readiness across a highly regulated environment.

You will partner with senior leadership to deliver investor-grade reporting, build scalable processes, and mentor the FP&A team. A hybrid work model is available with remote options within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in defense contracting or regulated environments.
• Ability to obtain US government security clearance (US citizenship).
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; strong financial governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic FP&A planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and refine rate strategies, investment analyses, and incentive modeling.
• Oversee KPI design, investor-grade reporting, and executive/Board communications.
• Drive governance, controls, and audit readiness for SOX, DCAA/DFARS environments.
• Mentor the FP&A team and partner with cross-functional leaders.
