ERGO NEXT Insurance is building an AI-native Finance organization to reinvent forecasting and planning. We seek a Strategic Finance Manager, AI & Forecasting to lead this transformation, reporting to the Head of Revenue & Growth FP&A.

You will redesign topline forecasting, partner with Finance and Data Science to deploy AI tools, and drive long-range planning with AI-enabled modeling across the function.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of finance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools with hands-on use preferred.
• Ability to solve complex problems with data-driven methods.
• Basic technical fluency (SQL, Python) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Redesign topline revenue forecasting using AI/LLM workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data Science to implement AI tools.
• Lead long-range and annual planning with AI-assisted models.
• Drive strategic finance activities with AI-driven analysis.
• Automate KPI tracking and AI-based insights.
• Prepare Board materials with AI-generated analysis.
• Educate Finance team on new AI tools and workflows.
