Possible Finance is seeking a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager in Seattle to own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, while automating processes with AI, SQL, and data platforms.

You’ll partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Product, and Operations, translating complex data into clear, decision-ready narratives for executives and the Board. You’ll build multi‑year models, quantify the impact of product launches and financing events, and drive scalable playbooks to free time for strategic

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or similar with fintech/growth-stage experience.
• Proven ability to build multi‑scenario financial models and debt instruments.
• Experience automating recurring finance workflows with AI, SQL, and data platforms.
• Strong ownership of day‑to‑day forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Excel expert with direct data querying experience; executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, including KPI tracking and headcount/opex reporting.
• Automate processes using AI tools, SQL, Databricks, and Sigma to cut cycle time and errors.
• Own quarterly Board reporting and monthly business reviews with clear narratives.
• Build models quantifying near‑term decisions and major financing events.
• Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Product, and Operations on strategic analyses.
• Lead cross‑functional analysis for new initiatives and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain finance playbooks and documentation to keep processes scalable.
