Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will integrate agents into client systems, test rigorously, and ensure reliable operation in production environments.

You will work across stakeholders from executives to engineers, running discovery sessions, defining scope, and delivering defensible AI architectures with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, release, environments, and deployment processes.
• Proven ability leading client-facing discovery calls and defining technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Discover by running workshops with stakeholders; separate AI problems from workflow problems.
• Structure process specs for automation; map current state and decisions.
• Architect and design agentic systems end-to-end; ensure retrieval and guardrails are robust.
• Build working systems: agents, automations, and internal tooling; deliver value in weeks.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, and deployments.
• Present decisions to CTOs/VPs; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
