FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, identify AI-enabled work, architect systems, and ship reliable solutions in production. You’ll balance consultant, operator, and engineer roles, adapting to client needs and delivering value quickly.

Responsibilities include discovery workshops, end-to-end architecture, and hands-on building of agents and automation pipelines within client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1–4 years building and shipping SOTA AI/LLM-powered systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with APIs, service design, and distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Discover and workshop with stakeholders to define AI-enabled problems and scoped solutions.
• Structure processes and specifications for reliable AI-enabled implementations.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems, including context, retrieval, and tooling integration.
• Build working prototypes and deliver value in weeks, not months.
• Own CI/CD for the deployment environments and celebrations.
