FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade tooling within client environments.

You will act as consultant, operator, and engineer, building agentic systems and ensuring seamless integration with client workflows while driving value in discovery, architecture, and delivery leadership across remote teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with mainstream stacks.
• 1-4 years building LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Proven experience evaluating environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, iPaaS).
• Ability to lead client-facing discovery calls and decompose unstructured problems.
• End-to-end delivery ownership with minimal supervision.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver on commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation, mapping current state to executable specs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and tool integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release management.
• Consult with CTOs and business leaders, quantifying impact and defending decisions.
