Wix, through Base44, is building a high-velocity SMB sales team to bring AI-powered software development capabilities to small and mid-sized businesses. As a Sales Manager, you will hire, coach, and ramp Account Executives, shape playbooks, and lead a data-driven, coaching-first cadence to scale outbound, inbound, and product-led opportunities.

• 6+ years of B2B technology sales experience with quota-carrying roles.
• 2+ years in direct management of Account Executives.
• Proven track record of beating quota in SMB environments.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• Experience with AI in sales processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to architect SMB sales motion and messaging.
• Located in or near Salt Lake City or San Diego, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of SMB Account Executives.
• Establish coaching cadence: weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, QBRs.
• Balance outbound with inbound and product-led opportunities.
• Guide discovery and tailored demos that connect Base44 to customer workflows.
• Own commercial terms and close deals.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and ensure CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with Account Management on handoffs and expansion.
• Drive AI-enabled selling practices across the team.
