Base44, an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix, is hiring a Front-line Sales Manager for the SMB segment in the San Diego area. You will lead a high-velocity team of Account Executives, coaching them to exceed quota and drive growth.

In this role you will shape the sales motion, balance outbound and inbound, oversee hiring and ramping, and partner with Account Management on handoffs. Expect a startup-in-a-giant environment with RSUs and variable compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience in a technology company.
• 2+ years directly managing quota-carrying AEs with strong results.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota in SMB environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of SMB Account Executives, including hiring and ramping new reps.
• Run a coaching-first cadence with 1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Balance outbound and inbound strategies to maintain steady pipeline.
• Guide discovery and demos connecting Base44 to customer workflows and business problems.
• Own commercial terms and help close deals with stakeholders.
• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and ensure CRM hygiene.
