Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a technology company.
• Experience in SMB environments with shorter sales cycles and high-volume deal flow.
• Experience with PLG or land and expand motions.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, or developer-centric SaaS.

• Balance outbound with inbound and product-led opportunities.
• Understand customer workflows and demonstrate Base44 value through discovery and demos.
• Manage the buying process with stakeholders and align on commercial terms through close.
• Partner with AM for handoff and expansion.
• Translate Base44 AI capabilities into business-speak for CXOs and leaders.
• Shape the foundational sales motion and segmentation for future scale.
• Identify high-potential prospects and build early market momentum.
• Provide CRM cleanliness and accurate deal forecasting.
