Wix.com, Inc. is building the go-to-market team for Base44, an AI-powered software platform. This remote US-based Sales Manager, Mid-Market, will lead a growing AE team, shape the sales motion, and drive pipeline while coaching reps from outbound to close.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with product, marketing, and leadership to scale the segment and incorporate AI insights across the org.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in a technology company, including 3+ years directly managing quota-carrying AEs.
• Strong track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals.
• A proven coach who can give direct feedback and improve rep performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, including hiring, onboarding, and ramping new reps.
• Run a coaching-first operating cadence: weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Coach reps on owning the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing new business.
• Help reps translate Base44’s product vision into real-world conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
• Stay close to the most important deals and jump in as a player-coach where it moves the outcome.
• Shape the Bas44 Mid-Market motion including messaging, outreach strategies, and customer segmentation.
• Coach reps on building relationships with decision-makers (VPs, CTOs, heads of product).
• Accurately forecast deals, manage pipeline coverage, and enforce CRM best practices.
• Read pipeline and performance data to spot patterns and decide what to change.
• Bring AI into how your team works, from prep and outreach to call review and coaching.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to align go-to-market efforts.
• Act as a feedback loop between market and product to influence roadmap and positioning.
