Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives, guiding client engagements from design through deployment. You will collaborate with EY’s AI & D team to deliver end-to-end AI strategies and governance frameworks, while mentoring teams and driving innovation across large-scale ServiceNow programs.

You’ll manage multiple workstreams, participate in client sessions, and help win pre-sales efforts, with travel as needed in a hybrid client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or similar.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• Experience selling or implementing Moveworks platform.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills including executive communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Engage with clients, run workshops, and manage project workstreams.
• Support pre-sales with proposals and estimates.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
