Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling/implementing
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower)
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, organization
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams for AI-driven client engagements
• Spearhead EY’s AI thought leadership and develop end-to-end AI strategies
• Design, deploy, and govern AI-native solutions across user experiences and workflows
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams of 5–10+ resources including offshore members
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY services value
• Oversee project delivery, planning, risk management and budgets
