Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including NOW Assist and Moveworks integrations. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive client-facing engagements across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.

You’ll collaborate with EY’s AI&D teams to define end-to-end AI strategies, govern AI initiatives, and ensure successful outcomes while operating within a hybrid client-service model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling/implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and deployment of AI-native solutions for ServiceNow AI projects.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources on engagement deliverables.
• Engage with external clients in workshops, planning, execution, and closure.
• Provide client leadership, mentoring, and relationship management.
• Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and adherence to delivery methodologies.
