Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to optimize our ServiceNow platform, drive AI-enabled improvements, and automate business processes. You will partner with stakeholders to design, configure, test, and implement practical solutions across ITSM, portal, catalog, and integrations.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration or platform support.
CSA certification or equivalent experience.
Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
Experience applying generative/conversational AI in business IT services.
Experience building Service Catalog items and workflows.
Experience with Employee Center and Service Portal customization.
Knowledge of UI/UX and accessibility principles.

Responsibilities

Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using ServiceNow capabilities.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Design and enhance Service Catalog items, service requests, forms, and approvals.
Configure Employee Center and Service Portal, including widgets and UX improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into workflows and tests.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform and ITSM functions.
Create and execute test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
Support releases, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
Document processes, testing, and progress for stakeholders.
