Designity, a premium AI-enabled and human-led Creative-as-a-Service company, seeks an AI-Enabled Senior Business Development Representative to drive growth in the U.S. market.

You will own outbound prospecting, execute multichannel campaigns, and leverage AI to research and personalize outreach while maintaining human judgment. You will build a reliable pipeline of qualified opportunities, collaborate with sales and marketing, and continuously optimize outreach performance through data-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on outbound business development experience in B2B/SaaS
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and pipeline targets
• Experience with multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to use AI tools for prospect research, prioritization, and outreach optimization

• Generate qualified business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise brands
• Execute multichannel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
• Use AI-powered tools to improve account research, personalization, and workflow efficiency
• Create conversations that connect Designity's value to prospect needs
• Schedule discovery conversations and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Test and optimize outreach with A/B experiments and track key metrics
• Maintain CRM data quality and disciplined follow-ups
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to refine targeting and messaging
