Deep expertise in security engineering, AI development, and cloud security is required, with a track record of shipping code weekly and mentoring engineers. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and secure design leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering depth with production scale experience.
• Hands-on engineering delivering agentic development and weekly code shipping.
• Experience building security automations using agent frameworks and modern languages.
• Strong foundation in cloud security, IAM, cryptography, and data protection.
• Ability to lead across security functions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and demonstrate through hands-on delivery of security solutions.
• Build platforms for S&P, enabling automation across security domains.
• Raise the technical bar and grow builders across job families with AI/tools.
• Advise engineering leaders and executives on secure design and risk.
