Interface.ai is seeking a Head of Security & Privacy Engineering to define and execute enterprise-wide security and privacy strategy. You’ll lead programs across AI products and cloud infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a resilient, secure environment for customers.

You will mentor a team, partner with executives, and drive DevSecOps practices while communicating risk to the board. A strategic, hands-on leader with fintech/regulatory experience will thrive here.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Experience securing AI-driven platforms, LLM workflows, or AI-powered products.

Aufgaben

• Own all aspects of Security, Privacy, and Compliance across the company.
• Develop and enforce security and privacy policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead cybersecurity incident response and risk assessment programs.
• Partner with executives to align security strategy with business goals and risk tolerance.
• Oversee GLBA, FFIEC, SOC 2, and other applicable frameworks.
• Champion privacy-by-design across product and AI initiatives.
• Lead security initiatives for AI-powered products and secure architecture across systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams on inquiries and due diligence.
• Deliver executive security and risk reports to leadership and board.
• Embed DevSecOps and secure architecture with Engineering and Cloud teams.
• Build and grow a high-performing security & privacy engineering team.
• Foster proactive risk management, innovation, and continuous improvement.
