Job summary

Abnormal is seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to spearhead outbound outreach within an assigned territory. You will engage C-level stakeholders and guide opportunities from prospecting to qualification, leveraging AI tools to tailor outreach.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months to 1+ year in sales, French fluency, and a collaborative mindset with a track record of meeting targets in fast-paced environments. A strong communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ year of experience as a Business Development Rep or similar
• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
• Able to understand customer pain points and map to value
• Proven prospecting and cold-calling experience
• Willingness to embrace AI tools to improve outreach

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via outbound calls and emails
• Identify client needs and suggest Abnormal AI products/services
• Proactively seek new business opportunities
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Lead with effective sales planning and motivate internal/external teams
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Collaborate across sales teams and be a subject matter expert on Abnormal AI offerings
• Drive deal progression and maintain CRM hygiene
