The AI-powered outbound engine generates hundreds of qualified warm leads per month across 18 states. You will convert warm interest into booked discovery appointments within 30 minutes of signal arrival, operating in a system where AI handles volume and you provide the human connection.

Qualifications

• AI-powered outbound engine experience is a plus
• CRM and multichannel outreach familiarity is desirable
• Cold calling and email outreach capabilities

Responsibilities

• Warm Lead Conversion (Primary)
• Respond to AI-qualified positive email replies within 30 minutes via phone
• Execute structured follow-up sequences for prospects who responded positively but did not book on first contact
• Manage a personal pipeline across multiple verticals (construction, healthcare, accounting, legal, manufacturing)
• Qualify prospects against ICP criteria and log notes for the sales team
• Multi-Channel Outbound Execution (LinkedIn, email, phone)
• Make targeted cold calls to high-priority accounts identified by signals
• Coordinate timing across email, phone, and LinkedIn channels
• Pipeline Operations and Data Hygiene—log interactions with dispositions and next steps
• Flag data quality issues to the pipeline engineering team
• Own metrics: reply-to-appointment conversion rate, speed-to-lead, show rate, and downstream close rate of booked meetings
• Continuous Improvement: share frontline intelligence on talk tracks and objections
• Test and iterate on call scripts, voicemail drops, and sequences
