Zocks is seeking an energetic SDR to own the backlog of marketing leads with a dial-heavy, AI-assisted cadence. You’ll turn not-now into let’s talk and drive conversion across the marketing funnel from backlog to qualified meetings.

In a fast-paced, collaborative culture, you’ll qualify opportunities, hand off well-prepared deals to Account Executives, log every touch in the CRM, and share insights with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging. Equity, growth, and smart teammates await.

Qualifications

• SDR/BDR experience preferred.
• Comfort with high daily dial volume and AI tools.
• Organized with strong follow-through on large prospect volumes.
• Familiarity with financial services or wealth management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spend 2–4 hours a day on the phones using an AI-powered dialer to reach financial advisors.
• Systematically work through the backlog of unconverted marketing leads.
• Run AI-assisted LinkedIn prospecting across multiple accounts.
• Qualify interest and hand off well-prepared opportunities to Account Executives.
• Log every touch and outcome in the CRM to keep data current.
• Share feedback with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting.
