Job summary

Zocks AI is seeking an SDR to own the backlog of unconverted marketing leads, using a dial-heavy, AI-assisted cadence to spark real conversations with financial advisors. You’ll transform “not now” into “let's talk” and drive improved conversion across the marketing funnel.

In this role you’ll handle a heavy daily dial volume, coordinate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling and inbound qualification.
• Ability to manage a large backlog of leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Strong organization and follow-through across many prospects.

Responsibilities

• Dial 2–4 hours daily with an AI-powered dialer to reach financial advisors and wealth management pros.
• Work backlog of unconverted marketing leads beyond first-touch inbound.
• Run AI-assisted LinkedIn prospecting to engage new and existing prospects.
• Qualify interest and hand off opportunities to Account Executives.
• Log touches and outcomes in CRM for accurate lead status.
• Communicate insights to Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging.
