Job summary

Salesforce in the United States is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on Agentforce Operations. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, integrating multi-agent orchestration, real-time grounding, and secure data pipelines.

You will work with Deployment Strategists and AI engineers, write production code, and drive API management and telemetry to deliver end-to-end workflows for supply chain and back-office operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on AI grounding, LLM orchestration, and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimize complex operational workflows using AFO.
• Implement agent-to-agent communication protocols and MCP.
• Architect real-time data grounding systems with vector databases and knowledge bases.
• Develop and maintain APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.
• Write production code and deploy multi-agent orchestration in customer environments.
• Create telemetry dashboards and monitor agent performance and health.
• Bridge frontline deployments with product/engineering to inform roadmaps.
