Job summary

American Unit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents for enterprise workflows using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.

This client-facing role requires hands-on experience with integration, AI orchestration, and Agile delivery. You will partner with customers, product teams, and engineering to translate AI opportunities into production-ready solutions, optimize multi-agent workflows, and ensure secure, scalable deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience with RAG and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Expertise with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Apex development and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment automation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong Salesforce Agentforce and AI engineering expertise to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents for enterprise business workflows. This client-facing role requires hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, Salesforce development, integrations, and DevOps.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Partner directly with customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations.
• Identify and translate high-value AI opportunities into production-ready solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Configure and customize Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
• Leverage LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks to deliver intelligent enterprise solutions.
