Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on Agentforce Operations. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments, enabling multi-agent orchestration and real-time data grounding.

Working with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers, you will implement agent communication protocols, ground enterprise data, and connect AFO/Agentforce to ERP systems via modern middleware, shipping production code from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production AI or enterprise integration system.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex in production.
• Hands-on AI grounding, LLM orchestration, and RAG pipelines experience.
• Experience with API design (REST/SOAP) and modern agent protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions in customer environments.
• Architect real-time data grounding systems and manage multi-agent communication.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration pipelines to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers to ship production code from day one.
