Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of data and drivers for Amazon Ads variable compensation.
• Design and implement a reporting roadmap; build AI-enabled insights; automate monthly/quarterly/annual processes.
• Cost and administer in-plan and above-plan incentives; support budgeting and forecasting across the portfolio.
• Share findings with leaders to influence decisions and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance to align compensation impact to the financial plan; analyze SIC payouts vs performance.
