Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join the AWSI Sales Compensation team. You will ensure the accurate, timely and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and provide analytical insights to evaluate the effectiveness of our compensation models.

The successful candidate will partner with sales and operations leaders to resolve queries, deliver training, and implement scalable, automated processes to support expanding teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate, timely and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and payments.
• Develop a deep understanding of sales compensation policy, systems and reporting tools to resolve issues and provide actionable insights.
• Forge strong cross-functional relationships to influence change and accelerate adoption.
• Partner with leadership to set objective targets aligned to positive business outcomes.
• Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to business users and operations.
• Identify and implement operational processes and/or reporting to standardize and enable operational excellence.
• Manage and execute SPIF programs to drive performance on priorities.
• Present OTE and performance analysis to sales leadership quarterly.
• Provide sales compensation thought leadership and data-driven solutions.
• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other BI tools/platforms.
