Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales Compensation Analyst to join the AWSI Sales Compensation team.

You will partner with AWSI sales and operations leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and payments, while delivering insights to evaluate model effectiveness. The role emphasizes data, standardized processes, automation, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Experience defining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies.
5+ years in sales compensation with experience in Varicent, Xactly, or similar software.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate, timely and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and payments.
Develop understanding of sales compensation policy, systems and reporting tools to drive issue resolution.
Forge cross-functional relationships to influence change and adoption.
Partners with leadership to set objective targets aligned to business outcomes.
Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to users and operations.
Identify and implement operational processes and reporting to standardize excellence.
Manage SPIF programs to drive performance on priorities.
Present OTE and performance analysis to sales leadership quarterly.
Provide sales compensation thought leadership and data-driven solutions.
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce, Tableau and BI tools.
