Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in sales analytics or operations.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience applying AI/ML concepts to commercial problems and strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain AI/ML models and LLM-based tools for lead scoring and territory analysis.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting pipelines to reduce manual work.
• Develop AI-assisted forecasting to improve pipeline accuracy.
• Analyze territory and account performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Serve as a CRM power user ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
